What payment methods can I use?
We accept all payment methods, including cash, card and bank transfer. Let our team know your preferred payment method when booking so we can confirm the arrangements for your visit.
- Cash: Pay the attending plumber when the job is complete.
- Card: Speak with the attending plumber or our team to arrange your card payment.
- Bank transfer: Use the payment details supplied directly by our team and include your invoice or job reference so your payment can be identified.
- Other payment methods: Contact us before your appointment to confirm how your preferred method can be accepted.
When is payment due?
Payment is required immediately after the job is completed, unless different payment terms have been agreed with our team beforehand. Please be ready to make payment at the end of the visit.
Need more time to pay?
If you need additional time to pay, please discuss this with our team as early as possible, preferably before work begins. We can discuss your circumstances and whether an alternative payment arrangement is available.
Payment terms are subject to agreement with our team and are not automatically provided. Please confirm the agreed amount, payment date and method with us. Unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed, payment remains due immediately on completion.
What about invoices and payment questions?
Please provide the correct name, contact details and any business or billing information when booking. If you need an invoice or payment receipt, ask our team and provide the email address you would like us to use.
If you have a question about the amount charged or how to pay, raise it with the attending plumber or contact our team promptly. Have your job address and invoice or booking reference available so we can help.
Are after-hours appointments available?
Attendance from 4:00 PM onwards is considered an after-hours service and is subject to plumber availability and applicable after-hours rates.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee attendance or a specific arrival time. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and appointment details. For non-urgent plumbing issues, you may request the next available appointment during standard business hours.
